Responses use an implementation scale. N/A stays outside the score; files support the evaluation without automatically changing the grade.

What do the 54 core controls represent?
They are the common Health Check core: six evaluative items in each of nine methodology areas. Each control is a question with guidance, weight, risk, impacts and a default recommendation. This number is not the limit of every assessment.
How many questions are in an assessment?
The total depends on the set selected at creation. The common core is always present; additional items may be included according to profile, segment and available methodology associations.
Do selected technologies always increase the questionnaire?
No. They record context and include extra items only when active methodology associations exist. Technology should not be turned into a standalone numerical promise.
How is the score calculated?
Valid responses use 0, 25, 50, 75 or 100. The system calculates a weighted average by item weight, by domain and overall. N/A responses do not enter the calculation.
What is included in the Trial?
During the 7-day Trial, a Brazilian company can complete one assessment for one unit and experience Health Check. Access is activated by email through the Portuguese self-service flow. AEI generation and executive documents require commercial activation.
